Marcus Taylor • CEO

Marcus has a broad experience in the IT and telecoms sector and its application in sectors like automotive, payments, media, health and travel. He has worked for both start-ups and blue chip companies and has strong understanding of company management, project management, product management, human factors and product/service lifecycles. As CEO, he drove Erlang Solutions to become the world leader in Erlang/OTP and provider of scalable systems, embedded automotive systems and IOT.

Marcus has an MBA from Boston University and a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics from Loughborough University. He grew up in Sweden, Singapore and Italy. His passion is old Volvos – Marcus has a dozen of them!

Liubov Ebralidze • COO

Liubov is an experienced business strategist, known for high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. Liubov has an experience in conducting investments in innovative nanotechnology start-ups serving as an Investment Committee member at Ulyanovsk Nanotechnology Center. During the last five years, Liubov worked as a CEO of an R&D technological platform developing state of the art functional thin film technologies. Most recently, she managed a multi-million dollar project setting up a joint venture of three Nanotechnology Centers in Russia and a Silicon Valley R&D company.

Liubov is a qualified lawyer with a solid background in international business transactions, M&A, investments, corporate law and IPR. She has a long track record of effectual dealing with various legal issues in the area of business law. She has lived and worked in Russia, Serbia and the United States. Liubov earned an LLM in American Law from Wake Forest University (North Carolina) and a PhD in Civil and Business Law from Kazan Federal University (Kazan, Russia).

Brian Zahnstecher • Technical Advisor

Brian Zahnstecher is a Senior Member of the IEEE, Chair (Emeritus) of the IEEE SFBAC Power Electronics Society (PELS) awarded 2017 Best Chapter awards at the local/national/worldwide levels concurrently (an unprecedented achievement), sits on the Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PSMA) Board of Directors, is Co-founder & Co-chair of the PSMA Reliability Committee, Co-chair of the PSMA Energy Harvesting Committee, and is the Principal of PowerRox, where he focuses on power design, integration, system applications, OEM market penetration, market research/analysis, and private seminars for power electronics.

He leads Power for the IEEE 5G Roadmap Applications & Services Working Group, authored the Group’s position paper, and has lectured on this topic at major industry conferences. He has successfully handled assignments in system design/architecting, AC/DC front-end power, EMC/EMI design/debug, embedded solutions, processor power, and digital power solutions for a variety of clients. He previously held positions in power electronics with industry leaders Emerson Network Power (now Artesyn), Cisco, and Hewlett-Packard, where he advised on best practices, oversaw product development, managed international teams, created/enhanced optimal workflows and test procedures, and designed and optimized voltage regulators.

Brian has been a regular contributor to the industry as an invited keynote speaker, author, workshop participant, session host, roundtable moderator, and volunteer. He has over 15 years of industry experience and holds Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
